Ravi Rao is a Bengaluru-based stand-up comedian who has worked the city's clubs and open-mic rooms since 2016. An MBA graduate by training, he draws his comedy from a self-deprecating, slightly bewildered worldview, with sets that wonder aloud at the basic absurdities of adult life and middle-class ambition. He performs primarily in English with topical bits like one on Rishi Sunak and Sundar Pichai, and posts long-form sets and clips to his YouTube channel while continuing to tour the South Indian circuit.
