Career Start
Niveditha Prakasam is a Chennai-based stand-up comedian who has been on the Indian circuit since 2017. She grew up in Nairobi before moving to Coimbatore as a child and later settling in Chennai, and she came to wider attention by winning TLC India's Queens of Comedy. An automobile engineer by training, she does her sets in English with a sharp social bent, often using personal stories to talk about gender, class and small-town India. She has featured on Netflix's Ladies Up as a performer and is a familiar face in the Tamil Nadu live comedy scene.
