Anurag Singh is a Delhi-based stand-up comedian who performs in Hindi under the handle Oye Banarasiya, drawing on a Banaras and railway-colony upbringing for much of his material. His sets stitch together memories of small-town India, family scenes and oddball observations on everyday life, with bits like Railway Colony and Indian Beggars and IVF doing the rounds on his YouTube channel. He works the club and corporate circuit out of the National Capital Region and uses Instagram to push live-show updates and short clips to a growing online audience.
