Akash Gaurav Singh is a Pune-based stand-up comedian originally from Patna who moved into comedy from an IT engineering background. His sets pull heavily from his Patna-to-Pune journey, relationship anecdotes and the awkwardness of a 'urban Bihari' identity, captured in routines like Patna Se Pune Tak and his special The Urban Bihari. He has done a TEDx appearance and was first runner-up at the Taiwan Excellence Standup Contest Season 2 in 2020.
